FREE UK DELIVERY

Depending on value, items are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked® or Royal Mail Special Delivery®.

For bladed* items, such as cutlery knives, to comply with The Offensive Weapons Act 2019, items are despatched using an age verification method, either Royal Mail Tracked® with Age Verification or Royal Mail Special Delivery®. Under these circumstances, according to Royal Mail, upon delivery you maybe asked your year of birth, and those aged between

18-25 maybe ask to provide proof of identification.

* Excluding folding pocket knives where the cutting edge of its blade does not exceed 3 inches (7.62cm), which can be sent without using an Age verification service.

All orders are securely wrapped and despatched within two working days, and orders paid before 5pm are despatched the next working day, Monday to Saturday excluding Tuesdays and UK Bank Holidays.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Oversea Shipping is only available to countries using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail International Tracked, and where antiques or precious metal articles are not prohibited or restricted as imports to the destination country. Contact us for a shipping quote.

UK RETURNS

Should you wish to return an item for any reason, you should notify us within 14 days of receipt (starting the day after you receive your item) of your intention to return. After notifying us, items should then be returned within 14 days. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. The returning item should be in the same condition as you received it.

For returns due to 'change of mind', you are responsible for the costs of returning items to us.

For returns due to 'damage or misdescribed': You maybe requested to clearly photograph the item and packaging before returning, for items damaged in transit.

The postage fee for returning items may be refunded, but only to a maximum of the original postage weight, method and cost, or a postage weight, method and cost as previously agreed.

Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be checked, and a full refund should then be processed.

Returns from overseas must be labelled as RETURNED GOODS on the customs forms. Failure to due so may incur import charges which will be deducted from any refund amount.
