Edward VII sterling silver bonbon or caddy spoon, with a mythical sea-lion scrolled handle, and a dancing scene to the spoon bowl.
Originally Continental in origin, possibly Dutch or Hanau, with English import hallmarks, which consist of the lion passant mark for sterling silver, three-wheat-sheaves-and-a-sword mark for Chester, Chester date letter A for 1901, F mark for foreign, and sponsors mark B M for Berthold Muller.
It measures 104mm long, with a spoon bowl width of 36mm, and has a silver weight of 30.4g.
