Edwardian 1903 Sterling Silver Dutch Octagonal Loderein Scent Box Hallmarked London

Edward VII sterling silver vinaigrette style Dutch loderein scent box, with an octagonal form, and a hinged lid. It depicts a Greek mythical scene featuring Hermes to the lid, and a rural scene to the underside. Originally Dutch in origin, with the sword mark overstamped with the key mark to indicate export ware, and a makers mark H1, as yet unidentified. English import hallmarks are clear and consist of the lion passant mark for sterling silver, leopard head mark for London, London date letter h for 1903, F mark for foreign, and sponsors mark A L for Alfred Lewis.
