Late Victorian sterling silver extending propelling pencil, with a circular shaft, acanthus decoration with a vacant cartouche, and a bloodstone mounted seal top.

Hallmarked in London, 1898, with the makers mark SM&CO for Sampson Mordan & Co. Also marked "S Mordan & Co" to the shaft.

Condition
