RETURNS POLICY
GENERAL
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days, starting the day after you receive your item, to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including any cases or display boxes included with item.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@sterlingchoice.uk. After notifying us, items should then be returned within 14 days. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, and you are responsible for the costs of returning items to us.

UK RETURNS
For returning items within the UK, upon receipt of your returned item, it will be checked, and a full refund should then be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any damage, repairs or alterations made by you may render your rights for return as null and void, under the Distance Selling Regulations. Under these circumstances, you may have the item posted back to you at your expense, or receive a refund minus the cost of repair, or receiving a partial refund equal to the intrinsic value of the item.
OVERSEAS RETURNS
For returning items from overseas, the returns customs label must be check marked Returned Goods, or otherwise check marked Other and written or printed Returned Goods in the customs description. Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be checked, and an item only refund should then be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Where returning parcels are not labeled Returned Goods, and thereby liable to fees, this will be subtracted from any refund amount. Any damage, repairs or alterations made by you may render your rights for return as null and void. Under these circumstances, you may have the item posted back to you at your expense, or receive a refund minus the cost of repair, or receiving a partial refund equal to the intrinsic value of the item.
DAMAGES / ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All items available on Sterling Choice are preowned, either vintage or antique, and may have varying degrees of wear from age and use, not mentioned in the condition report, including but not limited to: surface wear, surface cracking, nicks, dents, scratches or solder marks. Item conditions such as: disproportionate wear; faults; damage; or repairs, not mentioned in the condition report would be subject to return under these conditions.
