DELIVERY

Please ensure the address is correct when paying, as delivery to an alternate address will not be possible after payment is made.

All orders are securely wrapped and despatched within two working days, and orders paid before 5pm are despatched the next working day, Monday to Saturday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Any stated delivery times are not guaranteed, and to be used as a guide only.

UK DELIVERY

Items are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery® or optional Royal Mail Tracked® for items upto £100.

Royal Mail Tracked 48® - delivery time 4-7 days
Royal Mail Tracked 24® - delivery time 2-4 days
Royal Mail Special Delivery® - delivery time 2 days

For bladed* items, such as cutlery knives, to comply with The Offensive Weapons Act 2019, items are despatched using only Royal Mail Tracked® with Age Verification. Under these circumstances, according to Royal Mail, upon delivery you maybe asked your year of birth, and those aged between 18-25 maybe ask to provide proof of identification.

* Excluding folding pocket knives where the cutting edge of its blade does not exceed 3 inches (7.62cm), which can be sent without using an Age verification service.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Overseas delivery is currectly limited to the countries stated below. Where available, all items for overseas delivery are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked®.

UAE - delivery time 10-15 days
Australia - delivery time 10-15 days
New Zealand - delivery time 10-15 days
Singapore - delivery time 10-15 days
United States - delivery time 10-15 days

Orders will exclude sales tax or other taxes associated with your country, and maybe subject to these taxes and other additional customs import charges on reaching the destination country's border. Delivery to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), and require email and phone number in order to facilitate this. We will not be responsible for non delivery of parcels where parcels are being held by customs authorities or mail network, due to non payment of any or all import charges. Non payment of import charges may result in parcels being destroyed or returned to us. Where parcels have returned to us due to non payment of import charges, the item value associated with the transaction will be refunded, minus any costs incurred.
