Pair of Victorian sterling silver framed spectacles, with lenses, and extendable arms. One of the arms is marked "PEBBLES", meaning rather than standard glass lenses, these are fitted with more expensive scratch-resistant quartz crystal lenses.
Hallmarked in Birmingham, 1839, with the makers mark GU for George Unite. No duty mark visible, but is likely these spectacles were exempt from duty.
