Elizabeth II sterling silver Communion paten tray, with a cruciform inside a circle, and the Christogram IHS taken from the latinised Greek ΙΗΣ (IHS), the first three letters of the Holy Name of Jesus ΙΗΣΟΥΣ (IHSOUS).

Hallmarked in Sheffield, 1957, with the makers mark WB for William Bush & Son.
